Cory Barack assisted my family in establishing our inherited oil property rights in Ohio. This project involved preparing a Notice of Preservation of Interest in Land through the Monroe County Records Office. Then, Mr. Barack contacted Diversified Production LLC to negotiate the establishment of our payments. Since the oil rights were inherited by our mother, who is 95 years old, Mr. Barack went on to prepare an affidavit which will be used to pass the oil rights on to her three children at time of death.
